I started professionally in 1966 as a folk artist around London, but soon expanded my gigging range and my repertoire.
In 1975 I won ATVs National talent show “New Faces” with my own song ‘Mavis Brown’. I joined the chart topping British pop/folk group The Settlers, played bass for skiffle legend Lonnie Donegal and Joe Brown, toured with Johnny Cash and Glen Campbell. www.Stevesomersmusic.com
